Client Reviews
Richard Burrows
Khon Kaen, Thailand
"I had boxes of papers that had moved with me through three homes. Siriporn came over and within a few hours I had a system that actually made sense. I can now find anything in under two minutes. Worth every baht."
Filing Setup — June 2025
Khemika Tongchai
Mueang Khon Kaen
"The seminar was not what I expected — more practical and less lecture-style. There were only eight of us so it felt like a conversation. A couple of the sections covered things I had not thought to ask about before. The booklet they gave us is genuinely useful."
Readiness Seminar — May 2025
Patricia Huang
Khon Kaen expat community
"I was nervous handing over documents I had accumulated over thirty years, but the process was handled well. Everything was returned the following day, neatly named on a USB drive I could understand. My daughter in Australia can now access copies of what she needs. That peace of mind was the point."
Records Digitisation — June 2025
Wanchai Noparat
Nai Mueang district
"Nattaya was patient and clear. She did not make me feel embarrassed about the state of my papers. By the end of the visit I had a system I could keep up myself. That was what I wanted — not to become dependent on someone else to manage it for me."
Filing Setup — May 2025
James Mackintosh
Retired, Khon Kaen
"I did the seminar first, then decided to go ahead with the digitisation as well. The seminar raised some questions I had not previously considered — the section on making information accessible to family was particularly relevant to me. The digitisation was straightforward. My one minor comment is that I would have appreciated a bit more advance notice of the session date, but the content itself was solid."
Seminar + Digitisation — June 2025
Somjai Ratchasima
Khon Kaen Province
"At sixty-two I thought I already knew what I needed to know. The seminar covered things I was not expecting — particularly around which local resources exist in Khon Kaen that I had simply never heard of. I left with a list of follow-up tasks that felt manageable rather than overwhelming."

Client Journeys
A closer look at how three clients used Vestwell services and what changed for them.
A Retired Teacher's Filing Project
The Situation
A sixty-seven-year-old retired teacher in Mueang Khon Kaen had thirty-five years of household papers spread across four boxes and a filing cabinet with broken drawers. Key documents — insurance, property papers, identification — were mixed in with utility bills from 2009.
What We Did
A Vestwell team member visited for a half-day session. Together, they sorted and discarded outdated material, then set up eight clearly labelled categories in a new accordion folder. A simple index card was placed at the front listing what was where.
Outcome
She described the result as "less stressful than I expected." Four boxes became one folder and one small archive box for historical items. Three months later she contacted us to say she had found an insurance document she had been looking for since 2021.
"I kept putting it off because it felt too big. It was not, once someone helped me start."
A Couple's Combined Service Package
The Situation
A couple in their late fifties, both still working, wanted to do some general preparation before one of them retired. They had paper documents going back decades and were uncertain which ones were still relevant. They also wanted a better understanding of what the transition period might look like.
What We Did
They attended a seminar together, then engaged us for a digitisation project covering approximately four hundred documents across both of their personal archives. Files were organised into a joint folder structure on a shared drive of their choice.
Outcome
The seminar prompted a practical conversation between them about shared documents and family access. The digitisation project took two working days. They reported that the most useful outcome was having a shared understanding of where everything was.
"We didn't know how much we'd both been avoiding the same conversation. The seminar helped us start it."
Preserving Family Records Before a Move
The Situation
An expat resident planning to move abroad permanently within a year needed to reduce physical belongings while preserving important documents. Older papers included faded copies, handwritten records, and documents in Thai that required careful handling.
What We Did
We scanned approximately six hundred documents over three days, giving careful attention to fragile items. Each file was named with date and category so the archive was navigable without knowledge of Thai. Originals were returned in organised groupings.
Outcome
The digital archive fit on a small USB drive that travelled with her. She later emailed to say she had been able to locate a twenty-year-old property document for a legal process overseas without any delay. She described that as "the most practically useful thing" she had done before leaving Thailand.
"I thought it would be complicated. Prawit made it straightforward and the timeline was exactly as he said."
